1. Absolutely stunned by the thought of this.

No decent empathetic human would force a rape victim to handover their child to their abuser.

Laws such as these do not serve justice in ANY way. These laws are the reason Supreme Courts exist to straighten out stupid shit like this - not grant corporations the same rights as individuals.

I f#ing hope this mindset never enters Canada.

Would they be liable for child support? The Rs don't consider this question or the visitation question. Once born, they don't care - they prove it again and again.
