Can the DoJ really be as inept as they seem, in the on going cases of election tampering?

The American people can't afford to allow a repeat of the 2000 GOP coup and the election theft in 2004 by Bush and Ken Blackwell.

Faux news would have organized marches in Washington, and the tea party assholes in congress would have started a federally funded website and hotline for the repugs to report the offense.

and the vote was recorded differently than as seen.

I usually check my vote after I make it. But I can't swear I've forgotten to at some point.

First page said I could have made things bigger. I should have. My fat fingers kept hitting Republicans when I meant to hit Democrats.

At first all the BBV nonsense came to me and I questioned myself, then I went back to how I work on my wife's iPad and realized what I was doing.

The one scenario I don't quite subscribe to is that a programmer who has enough smarts to hack an e-vote machine would flap a red flag in the voter's face while doing so. I have done some Windows programming involving both databases and user-interfaces. It would be trivial to change a vote for Dave into one for Larry without also displaying the trickery on the screen. There is simply no good reason to call attention to your crime when it's easy as pie to avoid it.

I'm more prone to believe that data can be altered in a "man in the middle" attack on its way to the central tabulator machine than by messing with the GUI.

First, how do you 'know' that Republican votes were changed to Democratic votes?

Secondly, why didn't you do anything about it?

Thirdly, it's weird that you say you saw it right in front of your eyes.

to make sure they look over their screens carefully before committing their votes. I also let my co-workers know about what's going on in Texas about the straight ticket issue, so they should vote individually for each candidate.

I'm making sure everyone within hearing distance of me knows about these issues and to watch out for them. I'm in MD, where it's pretty much a sure thing for President Obama but I have friends in VA, so I want to make sure they're doing it right.

advocated the use of paper ballots only. We're talking hundreds of thumbs up to only tens of thumbs down. It was a heartwarming thing to see.
