Because they post stupid bullshit like this:

(32,778 posts)The only way to change it is to not watch!! When their ratings fall... And they are checked every 15 minutes they will feel the pinch. If I could program fox channels out of my tv I would. CNN.. Just like faux turn it off it's bad for america

(13,227 posts)I ditched cable a while ago because, aside from a few shows, it just did not interest me.
The news channels were a lot better before they became an outlet for gossip, fake news and pundits screaming at each other. However, I do subscribe to CNN on my Facebook feed.

(72,790 posts)Makes a lot of sense to me.
Turn them off your TV and do not click on their site. Maybe that way they will go away.
*disclaimer: I don't think they're that bad, but if one complains about a media outlet, all they have to do is not tune in. It's that simple!

(31,706 posts)...is surely coming. The network has not only become a journalistic joke but also a ratings failure as well. I was one of the many who used to watch that channel 24/7...the network of Bernie Shaw, Aaron Brown, Charles Jaco and many other quality journalists. Today it's Wolfie's clown show with little else. This election season has been the worst as they've attempted to pander to the great unhinged and seen its ratings plunge even further. Surely the "braintrust" at Time Warner have to be looking at this sad mess and see the need to clean house...and soon!

(51,076 posts)look at any of the pictures of Obama on the trail and what you'll see is a shitpot full of white people. People don't go to a political rally because they don't like the person, they go because they like them.

Guess what, I quit watching cnn when they had Gupta on lying about MM's Sicko. How ever long its been since Sicko came out is how long its been since I've watched them. You know what else, I feel I'm better informed since then too
