What to do on November 7 on Facebook?

On Facebook, I pretty much limit myself to old friends and family. The thing is that some of them are extreme Romney fans, and have been posting incessantly and annoyingly during the campaign. I've just stopped bothering to go to Facebook much because of it.

So, what do I do on November 7, after the votes have been counted and President Obama has been re-elected?

Be mature about it. We aren't republicans...we are the grown ups.

There is always another election, a mid-term when we'd like more democrats in congress. Every republican is a potential democrat. So, don't be an ass!

I keep politics off Facebook. I actually posted something last week to that effect and noted that we'd all have to get along after the election, so maybe we should scale back the animosity. People actually did scale back for a couple of days, but it ramped up again.

I actually had to unfriend somebody from high school. All she posted was political stuff. I never commented on it. She got miffed and asked my why I had nothing to say. 'Wasn't I a good Dem? Whatsa matter?' I told her that I pretty much use fb to catch up on people's lives, no worries I'm solidly in Obama's corner. She then started posting all sorts of inane cat stuff. Unfriended and blocked.

Sorry you have to deal with that.

I'm still friends on fb with my 2 best friends from high school. I haven't ever been to a reunion.

Now that I think about it, I unfriended a 2nd cousin too. She dressed her tiny dog up in outfits and posted pictures. A LOT of pictures.

Both gun nuts. The gun part, I usually don't mind, but they both live with mom and dad, and refuse to get jobs. Then they act like the guns are theirs and that they bought them, when in reality, it's their parents that buy them arsenals of assault rifles and ammo. Then of course it was constant NRA propaganda, white supremacist crap, and anti-dem stuff, that got on my nerves the last couple of months.

Of course their dad cussed me out an unfriended me first, after I had enough of the same crap from him, and pointed out that for all the money that they spent on weapons and ammo on the 2 brats, he could have bought them both a car and gas so that they could drive to a freakin' job interview and make their own money.

I usually give people 3 strike before I hit use the unfriend hammer, and they both went through them really quick. Sad that they both open their mouths and their dads voice pops out of it, and they just don't see it.

Scam some of da-kine Kona-bud and watch the waves break after I finish up my morning sets. Maybe gloat to my Boston and Maine peeps on facebook sending them pics of my stoned ass kicking it on the hot sand, while they freeze their tail feathers off (yeah Pitt - I'm talking to you - better get ready for that barrage )

Going there on the 5th for the Kona Coffee fest. I already mailed my ballot in, so its all out of my hands now.

Maybe take meal orders for transportation to the camps. People have so many food allergies these days.
