Virginia

Virginia + New Hampshire = Ohio

(They are one EV smaller than Ohio, but that 1 EV doesn't come into play in hardly any plausible scenario. Difference between 271 and 270)

Virginia is larger than Wisconsin. (13 RV to 10 EV)

An Obama Virginia win makes 270 difficult for Romney. Not as much as an Ohio win does, but pretty darn hard.

Virginia + Ohio makes Wisconsin and New Hampshire unnecessary.

And so on. 13 EV. It's a pretty big state.

We are unusually well positioned to win an extremely close election -- 270, 271, 277, 281 EV.

I am not saying that it will be a super close election, just that if it is we are well positioned for it.
