Romney is going to have to wind down his campaign without Chris Christie.

New Jersey is bracing for a terrible storm starting this week-end. Christie caught hell for going to Disneyworld during the December 26, 2010 blizzard, leaving the state during a weather crisis. He has a choice to stay in NJ and "manage" the potential electrical power outages, the floods, the traffic, etc. or continue stumping for Romney the last two week-ends before the election.

If he chooses the latter, he'll receive appropriate condemnation for again abandoning the state in the name of self-interest, imputing upon the campaign of Mitt Romney.

This should be interesting.

honestly? If the state agencies, local utilities, and emergency services people are doing their jobs and doing them properly having the governor there in person to say "we're responding to the situation" is nothing more or less than pointless window-dressing and a triumph of style over substance.

Crisco loves a winner...I think that's the real reason why he is keeping his distance.

But the storm is a nice excuse.

maybe flip two million votes. I mean, who the fuck would have time to complain? Folks'll be busy fighting over bottled water and the last package of pampers.

EDIT: typos.

Also, I'm starting to see the emergence of wee trolls from that Boortz radio-yammer show. Hunker down, folks!

he would be heading into the Romney Cabinet anyways. If he thinks Romney will lose he stays because he wants to run in 2016.
