Basically, he's bragging about how he saved the Olympics by hitting up every Fed Agency in DC to raise money, and would do the same for MA.

I have seen it number of times and it has been floating around for quite a while. I'm not aware of any cases of the MSM picking up on it though. At this point I don't think any videos or decades old testimony are going to change the shape of this race. This is the final sprint and it is all about getting out the vote. By and large people have made up their minds. All that is left to do is get them to the polls and make them count.
