I can't exactly put my finger on it but it seems rather dismissive, arrogant, and elitist.
I wonder if this laugh grates on anyone else's nerves?
His ideas about "quiet rooms" and capitalism bother me more but it starts with that horrendous laugh...

(16,254 posts)When he gives that fake laugh, he's either just lied to you or is trying to dismiss your comment without replying. He's putting you down.
The worst was that FOX interview that covered his anger. Even crossing his legs was a statement...an angry statement. He was furious but didn't want to appear that way.
