I think part of his con is when he plays his birther shit he gets carte blanche to pop up on faux noise to spew and then happens to drop in a promo for whatever his latest scam is. The dude knows a mark and he's been playing on the dumb and stupid on the right for a long time.

Remember, we're dealing with cretins who live in a bubble that will and do eat up all this shit and regurgitate it for days and weeks on end. These people are desperate for something/anything that makes this administration look bad and Trump is playing them for the suckers and fools they are...
