Well, $5 million would be a big taxes write off, remember why Romney gave so much to his church? Finally, he(Tramp) wants to see Obama's private information? Isn't that against the hip pa laws and we never saw GWB's college records? I feel that Tramp should have the IRS, RNC, NRA, DOT, Homeland Security, TSA and any other agency investigate him! Regarding the documents Trump wants Obama to release - Trump said, “When he does that to my satisfaction, and if it's complete, the check will be delivered immediately."

Well, Trump will NEVER be satisfied.

Trump could receive the requested documents and say they are fake. Then he'd say he is not satisfied and therefore according to the deal he laid out he'd announce that the deal was not fulfilled and he is keeping his money.
