Unless it's dipped in chocolate. When I was a kid people were putting razor blades in apples and giving them to kids. As a result, we never ate the fruit. Whatever you give has to be pre-packaged.

the old razor blade in the apple trick. The closest thing has been two cases of poisoning, both of which were carried out by relatives, one for life insurance the other by accident.
