Dinesh D'Souza is getting sued by his movie partners

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 24 (UPI) -- The three executive producers of an anti-Obama movie are in a California court arguing over who gets the money it made.

Dinesh D'Souza, one of three executive producers of "2016: Obama's America," which has racked up millions in box office receipts and DVD sales, wrote a book heavily drawing from the film and has not shared any of the profits with the film's two other creators, a lawsuit filed in San Diego Superior Court alleges. A separate suit alleges D'Souza tried to wrest control of the production company responsible for the film away from his two collaborators, in violation of an agreement the trio had forged, U-T San Diego reported Tuesday.

D'Souza, also the film's director, is being sued by his two partners Douglas Sain and Christopher Williams. The trio formed Obama's America Foundation, a film production company, half of which is owned by D'Souza and the other half split between Sain and Williams, Sain's lawyer said.

Sain charged D'Souza diverted money from OAF to fund his personal ventures and help pay for an affair he was having with a woman. D'Souza denied the affair but resigned from his position on the board of an evangelical college and filed for divorce from his wife of 20 years Oct. 4, U-T San Diego reported.

And 20 years ago, he came, he saw, he thought he was conquering something but got blown away, he slinked back under a rock, and disappeared. Then he and Snotnunu became the undead and were resurrected to wreck havoc once more. Hopefully this time when they go away, it will be for good.

and Al Queada - because he understood their outrage at liberal (americans), and all the ills (morality) that they supported.

I was shocked at the time. He was effectively excusing the actions of those who killed more than a thousand Americans in the 9-11 attack. Because he agreed philosophically that liberals were so decadent, that it was understandable that those who planned and conducted the attacks were rightly outraged by liberals in America. In short, Liberals (democrats) are the biggest threat to america, because they condone immoral behavior (which somehow trumps attacks on America.)

So, now he allegedly acts immorally. Doesn't that make him one of the acceptable (per his own reasoning) reasons for al queada for attacking the US? Or is it the fact that we liberals exist, that is the excuse for his behavior? I would guess this is where his next book will go, since he blames us for everything.

I hate to be callous to his business partners who appear to have been done wrong (let the courts sort it out), but seriously - this guy has been making outrageous claims to pander to a narrow audience and make a whole lot of money off of them, while living by different standards - and you went into business with him? Where was your due diligence. Wasn't this completely predictable?
