That is the siren call of a failed campaign. They are behind in all the states they need to win, including Ohio. It is a faked message from a campaign that has been running on fake messages since the beginning. They are desperate and are putting on their false face to maintain their base of voters. They cannot lose what they have or it could turn into a much worse defeat for them. They could lose the House if Romney's support deteriorates. That would be a catastrophe for their Party. They are holding on and hoping for the best. This may be whistling past the graveyard but I believe they are desperate and putting up a front.
