So what did Occupy teach us? That our so-called representative government, represents the 1%.

You may not want to know that, but tough shit. Crawl back into your denial shell and hope that there will be change. Read my lips, all three branches of government are beholden to corporate money. Until that is changed, all is lost.

I have bought the meme that we can get control of the Democratic Party and make it represent the people. But the party machine has been coopted.

Here's a test. Ask your HOR rep and your Senators to forsake all corporate campaign money. They will laugh in your face.

Those that dare point out that the emperor has no clothes will be pepper sprayed and beaten and tortured. That's where we are.

Not sure what leverage we have. Usually those running all work for the 1%. How do we find people to run for office willing to reject corporate financing?
