Did Mitt Romney decide to disengage on the Libyan conspiracy?
Or is he saving it for the end of the debate? The first question was a clear opening and he did not take it. So far he has not said anything that would make his foreign policy seem like an alternative that should be considered. Libya was his ammunition and he has not used it. He is losing this debate. Will he panic when it gets towards the end and he hasn't made a case?
