(3,657 posts)yield, better more long term employees? Perhaps he can get an exemption or tax credits offset the cost based on income. You don't have enough information to formulate an entire narrative I think.

(3,491 posts)I own a small business and I have no concerns whatsoever about it. I'm glad my employees will have the chance to purchase healthcare. We don't make enough to provide it although I have a personal policy, not a good one, but at least one that won't bankrupt me.

Put the special subsidies and the exemption together, and the result is a law thats pretty clearly a good deal for small businesses.
