Taylor Swift and Lindsay Lohan on the election.

Taylor Swift:
I try to keep myself as educated and informed as possible. But I don’t talk about politics because it might influence other people. And I don’t think that I know enough yet in life to be telling people who to vote for.

Lindsay Lohan:
I just think employment is really important right now, so, as of now, Mitt Romney.

I guess employment would not be important for a woefully overpaid and untalented Third Doctor Oct 2012 #1
Sorry, but I really don't care what they think. Trashing this thread. OldDem2012 Oct 2012 #2

I have been undecided...waiting for Lohan to make her call. Comrade Grumpy Oct 2012 #3
I'd bet that Lohan isn't even registered to vote, and that MineralMan Oct 2012 #4

actress like Lohan. If the justice system was fair she would have been in jail years ago. Swift has and still seems to be airhead then again she is pretty young and the kids like her so I'm not too harsh on her.

who I wouldn't cross the street to see in concert, seems fairly mature for someone her age. She's saying she understands her words carry weight with some, and she realizes she isn't informed enough to make a good call, so she's just going to stay on the sidelines. Unusual for a celebrity, in my opinion.

most people who listen to her advice on anything aren't registered either. She is a non-event.

Taylor Swift is smart. I'm betting she is registered, and will vote. Good for her for recognizing that her celebrity does not make her a political adviser. I have no idea who she will vote for, and I don't much care. She's pretty, though, and a good singer. That's nice.

All she has to do is keep getting arrested and keep the local law enforcement officers working and the attorneys she uses.

Swift had direction and nurturing from her parents, fostered by the real world experience.

Lohan had been offered to Hollywood by unthinking parents, who's message to her was, "do anything for money, Mommy want another pony!"

There is nothing more sad, and that's all the time I'll devote to THIS subject, as it it mattered.... It just is one more example of how not to rear a child.
