Bob Wark's gas station in Lower Merion, PA just lost my business:

The had a sale on gas: $1.84 per gallon sponsored by a group whose signs were clearly anti-Obama, e.g. "Hope and change won't fill my gas tank" and "Fill up at pre-Obama gas prices". And worse.

A big long line as you can well imagine but the usual funny part came after my family and I we finished with dinner next door, when they closed the sale with about 20 cars in the queue. One guy got out of his car and said, "You have to sell the gas at the price on the sign, fuckers. You fuckers are trying a bait and switch, you fuckers." Got back into his car,slammed the door and pulled out laying rubber and yelling.

Serves him right.

I ain't never going back to those slimy bastards ever again. I'd rather run out of gas and have to walk a half-mile.

The dude wasn't swearing at Bob for the anti-Obama signs, he just wanted his cheap gas... Many people are too poor to afford a strict ideology...

4. While it might have been that low briefly

it had fallen just before the election to make the GOP oil boys look better. Over that summer it had been over $4.00/gallon here in NM and close to or slightly over $5 on the west coast.

However, if he was doing a bait and switch by not resetting the price at the pump, it was a perfect metaphor for Romney/Ryan!

Those two are lying so much that what people see is not going to be what they get.

7. In New Jersey it is illegal for gas stations to change the price more than once per day

Not sure if PA has the same laws. You might want to call your state's consumer protection office.
