Election Day can't come soon enough for me. It's not because I can't wait to see President Obama stomp Romney (well maybe it's a little bit that), it's because my home has been invaded! Every day that smarmy, silver-spoon, born-on-third-base, self-important, horse's ass invades my home through the television, the radio, the newspaper, the internet and hell I even get robo-calls from Romney. I don't like him and I don't ever want to see or hear from him again! I'm tired of hearing about how hard it is to be rich in America. I'm tired of his lies about the President. I'm tired of seeing his privileged wife who thinks adversity is running out of Grey Poupon and that public service is a year-long vacation in Europe. I don't want to see his smug, no-account, born-on-third-base kids. I don't want to hear any more of his devoid of logic arguments or his nonsensical policies designed to make the rich even richer. I'm sick of getting economic advice from somebody who thinks that China is a model for our economy. I'm tired of hearing from some guy who thinks that patriotism is sending somebody else's kids off to die so he can look tough. I'm going to take moral advice from someone who gangs up on a kid and cuts his hair off or leads a blind teacher into a closed door as a joke? Yeah, I'm still laughing about that one. Who knows what other hilarious gags he's pulled. He's mean-spirited and creepy and I don't want to see that wax museum face with it's phoney smile anymore! I want him out of my house NOW! He's an evil and disturbing presence. Its like Poltergeist. I cant even imagine the horror of this guy being President. So yeah, election day can't come soon enough and Romney can go to the dust bin of history to enjoy his enormous wealth and I don't ever have to hear about him or see him ever again-unless they resurrect the show Life Style of the Rich & Famous. And another thing, go out and vote for Obama and get as many people as you can to do the same. I feel much better now.
Sorry. I'm home alone on a rainy day and I couldn't help myself.

Take a deep breath. It will all be over soon.
I agree though, it is like having our personal space invaded by a disturbing presence. Or maybe more like a disturbing odor.

(15 posts)Getting bombarded by this jerk day after day is offensive. I don't even live in a swing state where every other commercial is going to be some PAC funded swill. My son is at school in Ohio right now and he says its just non-stop.

(1,896 posts)I've just had enough. I was trying to do some work this morning and I got a call from Washington D.C. I thought it was about a job there that I had recently interviewed for so I answered the call. Turned out it was a Robo-call from my good friend Mitt who apparently needs my help to stop the Obama agenda!(I'm on some kind of list because I haven't missed voting in an election in 35 years) I can't stand him anymore and I just needed to tell someone. Oh, I didn't get the job either so it just put me in a particularly sour mood.
