There will be a tax amnesty or tax return bomb dropped
The Sensata Freeport/Bainport scandal will boil over
Accusations of foreign campaign investors will fester
...and David Letterman will be declared a prophet for saying "My God! We have a felon running for President!"

(18,133 posts)But observing the way The President's campaign has portrayed his opponents as disingenuous while highlighting the Presidents trustworthiness and watching it play out since early summer, tells me there is more to come.
They set a masterful trap for Romney on Libya that began with VP Biden saying that the White House didn't get the security request and SOS Clinton providing the red meat bait for the wingers by taking the bullet. The Romney campaign thought they would portray The President as weak and shirking responsibility. Romney stepped in it just as planned and The President snapped the trap shut by catching him in a lie and berating him for politicizing a matter of national security.
The President already has painted Romney as "an outsourcing pioneer" at the debate, and Romney actually blushed as if he were receiving praise. The President is simply holding Sensata card to drive the final nail in that coffin.
The taxes? Maybe a bit of wishful thinking, but it fits the narrative perfectly, so I suspect we will get some satisfaction before all is said and done.

(7,768 posts)As for his toxic taxes, I really think and believe Harry has the goods. I've heard whispers that the Dems also have them and are waiting for the prime moment to deliver. I sure hope so!!
