I watched the whole thing but apparently missed this, and
am dying of curiosity.

while Gov of Massachusetts.
He claimed to have asked his staff for some women candidates for his cabinet, and they brought him "binders full of women."
Obviously, he meant to say binders full of resumes or something, but he said what he said and I certainly don't blame any woman who's creeped out about it.

It's just a phrase a worldy sort of person would know not to use. Conjures up too much domination.....
