The poor dears need more flexable hours because they cant handle the same schedule as men because they have those babies. I guess that is what the trade off is for equal pay

Because if she gets paid at the same level of her male co-workers, she might make enough to support the family through child raising years without the husband working full time outside the home.


Please note, when I say husband you can insert any other type of partner as appropriate of either gender.
