This is the Debate Forum That Clinton Was So Successful at in 1992

Bush Sr. was perceived as entitled, out of touch, and had difficulty connecting with individual voters. And Romney is worse. On the other side, we are all familiar with Clinton's and Obama's natural grace, humanity, and the ability to connect with people.

I am hoping against hope that the combination of the candidates' strengths and the town hall format results in this kind of interchange. I think it was decisive in the 1992 election:
