Here's the low-down from Fitrakis and Wasserman. They've been on the ground in Ohio the whole time and have looked into the (probable) theft of the 04 election there. Of course, there's no way to know or check once the machines have burped out the result. The machines will have spoken.

About the only thing you can do about it is cross your fingers and/or pray.
