The movie "Network" was prophetic.

"Reality" shows are super-cheap to produce. That's why the lesser channels love 'em.

They're all heavily edited & low-to-highly scripted; they simply appear to be real. Most of them are, more or less, just the newest version of traditional soap operas.

wtf it has to do with history, I have no idea. I would much rather watch quality programming on actual history.
