I am sure...there was a rumor that 2009 had some kind of claim for tax amnesty or some such thing to avoid prosecution for tax fraud. I don't believe for a second that any of the missing returns are clean...if they were clean, why withhold them?

10. During debate Obama needs to say that he won't and you shouldn't believe anything Romney

says about tax plans or tax cuts until Romney produces 10 years of his tax returns. Romney probably paid nothing in some years and/or took advantage of an amnesty program on some of his unpaid taxes. What is Romney's position on accounts in overseas banks? Vague generalities are being used to hide Romney's desire to pay no taxes at the expense of the 47% of the country he despises.
