Survey: Good Idea or Bad Idea?

I just saw on the news that a local health department is teaming up with early voting. They will be offering flu shots and early voting at the same locations. You must have a picture ID, insurance card or cash payment for the flu shots. Is this a good idea or something more ?

anytime you encourage people to vote AND perform a public health service, it's a good idea.

What's the downside?

For some people, a flu shot is a good idea too.

Why the implied objection?
