(CNN) - Topics for the third and final presidential debate between President Barack Obama and Republican nominee Mitt Romney were announced by the moderator and debate commission on Saturday.

Moderator Bob Schieffer of CBS News has selected five topics, though the Commission on Presidential Debates said those topics could change depending on news developments

From previous FTN, I doubt Schieffer will challenge him the way Ryan was challenged by the moderator. I just hope this time Obama will go after him more loudly.

I thought both parties had to approve? If so, how did Schieffer and Crowley...as well as the first one, name just flew off into cyberspace, get named? All three are leaning RW, aren't they? I guess it didn't matter in the first debate, since he got stepped on and rarely talked.

Air Time: 9:00-10:30 p.m. Eastern Time
Location: Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York
Sponsor: Commission on Presidential Debates
Participants: President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney
Moderator: Candy Crowley (CNN Chief Political Correspondent)

The second presidential debate will take the form of a town meeting, in which citizens will ask questions of the candidates on foreign and domestic issues. Candidates each will have two minutes to respond, and an additional minute for the moderator to facilitate a discussion. The town meeting participants will be undecided voters selected by the Gallup Organization.

Air Time: 9:00-10:30 p.m. Eastern Time
Location: Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida

The format for the debate will be identical to the first presidential debate and will focus on foreign policy.
