10. PA, near Harrisburg. I also see a lot of "LIBERAL HUNTING LICENSE" sheets in rear windows.

They're made to look like an official license (although much larger than an actual hunting license). The ones about Kenya have sort of disappeared, as have the birther ones. There's still a lot of racism around here, especially in Camp Hill.
