LANCASTER, OH - OCTOBER 12: A supporter of Republican presidential candidate, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and Republican vice presidential candidate U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) waits for a campaign event to begin on October 12, 2012 in Lancaster, Ohio. The Mormon religion was set up as a racist religion and only changed somewhat because they were forced to by the federal government

Now you can show me that the Mormon religion is not still racist at its core ...............

If someone says they are Buddhist, then they are a Buddhist. Some sects or leaders may disagree, some may not. Who's right?

Same goes for every other religion. In any case your bigotry against Mormons is ironic at best.

Not all Mormons are missionaries so my previous statement would not apply to all.

What exactly are you basing that off of again?

Assigning a negative attribute to a group of people with a similar or defining characteristic is bigotry.

Swap out Mormon or missionary for any other group and see how you feel about it. No is is stopping you from being biased, just be honest about it.

They based part of their religion on racism
If someone goes out and tries to sell that religion to you are they not promoting racism??
Their god told them the facts on Gold Tablets, are those Gold Tablets now partly false??
The Mormons over the years have scrubbed large sections of their books to change the message.

I have trouble believing some of the black kids I've met are all that (R). Even though they have no problem saying they hate all white people. The ones in my neighborhood tried beat down the door of one Latino family, telling the US-born girl to go back to Mexico where she belongs and then taking bricks to her (friend's) car. Nope. No Republicans there.

The socialist undergrad student leader who carefully hid the fact that he and his friends had no problem persecuting the blacks that went to their all minority (viz. Asian) school also wasn't (R). We can debate the sincerity of his class struggle, but not of his racism or his anti-rightwingism. At least he had the common sense to be embarrassed. Even if he did continue to think it funny.

And my mother, who only managed to stop calling Obama the n-word when HCR didn't stand a chance, when she found she could point to Obama's mother and pretend that Obama didn't self-identify as black, and could say that Obama was a college professor, never voted for anything but a (D) from the time she could vote in the late '40s until the day her voting rights were stripped from her by a court a few years ago.

I find that racism tends to occur more often in some political camps, but anybody who tries to claim political purity for his own camp is trying to make things simpler than possible.

And OxyRush will make a handsome profit off of it taking advantage of the hate and ignorance of his listeners.

...THAT is exactly what I've been saying for months and months and months...

President Obama could WALK on WATER...and then change said water to wine...beer...vodka...whatever.

And the ANGRY whites would still not vote for him...they want that "N" word, out of THEIR White House.

In fact, just had this conversation with a co-worker (Black) at work today (a whispered coversation in a quiet corner...we've
found that religion and politics are a BAD mix at work, so 99.9999% of staff never speak of such stuff!)
