I see the media as like a referee in a rigged boxing match. Obama goes down but will only get a count to five. Romney goes down and gets a count to fifty. They are that damned bad these days. And they are not even hiding their hatred really.

Eventually we are going to have to attack the media to set things straight. And we are going to have to harass these raping bastards.

Anybody who has ever played knows about the "rubber banding", where it's impossible to gain a comfortable lead no matter how perfectly you play because the AI always cheats by speeding up when it falls behind. It's a little like what has been happening in elections, where no matter how much of a liar and/or gaffe-machine the GOP candidate is, the media will go all out to either dig up dirt on the Democrat or not give much air time to the flaws of the Republican so that the race stays close. I thought Obama did okay in the debate; he didn't lie or say anything that was off-the-wall, yet the narrative is that he lost even though the other guy is the one who lied his ass off and said he'd kill Big Bird.
Fuck our not-really-liberal media.
