What's the emotional fall-out from WoWicide?

I read a couple of days ago that hackers pulled off a holocaust in World of Warcraft, killing off whole cities of people's characters.

How are people coping with that?

Were they resurrected?

I am only half-kidding here... some people are wrapped up in that stuff to an unwholesome degree and I would think this could have been very hard on some people.

Remember the virus people got that killed people in town and they actually did a health study of it
