If all Eligible Voters voted we would never lose.

(Actually, if all eligible voters voted then both parties would be far to the left of where they are today, so who knows who would win... but you know what I mean)

But not all eligible voters vote. And that is just a fact of life in these United States.

We have a government that The People have seldom chosen. That's just an historical and mathematical observation.

When you have a democracy where everything would be different if everyone voted then the government is never really representative, even at its best.

But so far an explosion hasn't happened.
