Willard Romney speaking from a secret location has finally found a bipartisan issue that everyone will agree with.
Willard stating that he is the leader of the republican party declares that it is time bring the GOP mascot into the 21st century.
'It is time to change the GOP mascot. I promise to change the mascot of the elephant to the vulture. I believe that this mascot will better represent the true soul of the GOP.' Willard said with a smirk and a grin
