Does Mitt really believe that boys are harder to parent then girls ?

(13,891 posts)did that. But having raised only 1 boy as a single parent I have to say that it was a joy. Now, having said that, I have a good friend who has 2 daughters and they are a joy to her, so...my bottom line is that kids are a challenge no matter which sex, a challenge and a joy.

(2,649 posts)Somehow in their warped little brains they equate siring males with greater masculinity/virility.
I know it's messed up thinking, but they're messed up individuals, and he just plays right along (not that he's not messed up too).

(22,785 posts)The moment Mitt mouthed his well-rehearsed comparison of President Obama to his "boys" (notice he did not say sons or girls or daughters, just "boys" , I said to my companion, that was really evil. I have resisted posting about it here because it his so vile, so ugly and hurts.
But having grown up in the South, I heard exactly what his rehearsed words were saying.
And Romney's team knew that Obama couldn't respond to it. They are that friggin' sick.
It made me sick. And no one should think it is beneath Romney. It isn't and it wasn't.
unc70, you nailed it.
