Questions Regarding Gallup Polls

Obama is up 50-45 in today's seven day tracking poll. We know that the three days following the debate, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, are tied (as Gallup reported) at 47-47. If today's seven day rolling average is 50-45, and the seven day rolling average before the debate was 49-46 in favor of Obama, then what does that mean for yesterday and today's polls? (ok that's a rhetorical question)

And why would Gallup release the tie 47-47 information today?

And why would RCP use both polls to determine it's current results?

It only underscores that he's toast. And I say this after listening to yet another rambling diatribe of a foreign policy speech that reversed most of the positions that he had during the primary.
