Heard on Conserative talk radio this morning, unless Romney gets filibuster proof Senate he can not

repeal the ACA. I am sure someone was wanting the rwer's to know it probably is not going to happen. All the more reasons to get out and vote Democrat.

When the democrats filibustered some of bush's judicial appointments, they threatened to eliminate it. The democrats will never have the opportunity to block any and all legislation from passing through the senate if they are in the minority.

if the republicans take both sides of congress they can repeal it without potus' signature
