Romney speech today on eve N. Korea nuclear anniversary

As you prepare to listen to Romney's VMI chest thump about how much tougher he will be on Iran, remember....

Tomorrow, North Korea will celebrate the October 9, 2006, milestone of conducting its first successful nuclear test.

Didn't that happen on the GOP watch (Bush, Cheney, Rice)?
