Thompson - who is running against Democratic U.S. Rep. Tammy Baldwin - had forgotten his condo off Lake Wisconsin in Sauk County. The property is currently assessed at more than $1.3 million.

3. It's hard keeping track of all your possessions when you are super rich

This is a hardship average Americans, and the Poor, do not have to face. I am sure that it builds character though and prepares one for leadership, where it is hard to keep track of all the troops America has fighting in various wars.

5. Minor oversight. I mean the condo was only worth a little over a million. Chump change.

6. A little over 20 years ago he and his wife lived across the street

from where a friend of ours grew up. He remembers the Thompson's as his neighbors. The houses were nice, but not opulent or over the top. His riches expanded while the Governor, but all this serious loot is from Lobbying, the prick.

I know a few stories about him that are not just rumors, and he's a nasty, opportunistic man.
