Let's see now... cut PBS funding but keep tax breaks for the oil companies? Did he really say that?

According to CNN, the federal government spends a whopping total of $450 million per year on ALL of PBS (not just Sesame St). To help reduce the deficit, Romney wants to cut that.

In contrast... by his own admission this evening, the federal government doles out $2.5 billion in tax breaks for the oil companies. Even though there is 5x more potential in savings, Romney doesn't want to cut that.

What the....?

Multiple choice quiz:

What does that tell us?

a) he doesn't want to reduce the deficit
b) he hates PBS because he thinks it's too liberal
c) he is beholden to the oil companies and cares more about pleasing them than making sure there's something decent and educational for kids to watch on tv for free
d) all of the above

You only throw money at DoD when you're trying to force your military to go to war. I think our nation's servicemembers have had enough war for more than awhile.
