There was one issue that mattered tonight

Health insurance - people have it, they want it, they understand it, and they know one thing for sure - the President of the United States is on their side and Mitt Romney refuses to make that clear. I'm a pretty average guy. I came home form work tonight and started up the DVR and this was the only topic that resonated with me as a half-exhausted viewer eating dinner in front of the TV. I've been denied health insurance for a preexisting condition recently, I know how silly those denials can be, I don't like health insurance companies, and Mitt Romney appears to love health insurance companies and their nonsense. Mitt Romney doesn't care about me...

Richard Hayes doesn't need to smell Mitt Romney's bullshit to know that it stinks!

and Romney just promised to get rid of it. I think that's going to hurt him.

If I wasn't tired from work and watching Mitt Romney babble for an hour and a half I would not have neglected that important topic. Thank you for adding that Lisa D

Even my 92-year-old Republican Grandfather (who still gives to the Reagan Ranch), loves his Medicare - "the best insurance." Mitt Romney wants to change Medicare to a voucher for his daughters and grandchildren. That resonates and it stings (well, other people, he's pretty deep in denial/senility). - self
