Well, that was disappointing.

I think basically what happened was that watching Mitt pull a completely new tax plan out of his ass in the first two minutes rattled Obama for a while--because of course he's been preparing to debate Mitt on the plan he was actually campaigning on, instead of whatever shit he made up in that opening segment. If a guy is prepared to just change his positions at will, how are you supposed to pin him down?

Mitt did himself some damage behaviorally speaking, and Obama recovered a bit toward the end; but at the moment this is not a victory for us. Which sucks.

However, this does not significantly alter my conviction that this jackass will lose the election. Because Mitt seems to be very good at pushing Jim Lehrer around and lying, but there isn't too much else he and his team are good at.

Ah well. It is over. Good night, everybody. It's always a pleasure, win or lose.

He came across as a confused, senile old dork. And I'm his age.

13. I disagree. I don't think he's as rude as Romney was tonight.

Romney started out as rude, over-talking Lehrer.

I guess he could've told him to shut up. I know I was.

According to my sister, ABC said the president was taken aback because Willard changed his mind about everything.

There's lies & then there's Rmoney's damned changing, etch-a-sketch lies.

Mittwit is a natural bully. He acted like one. So why's he getting so much credit? He did nothing good.

Mitt was getting way too much credit for being an idiot. He made me sick. I thought our president was calm, well-spoken, not rude like Mitt. How can others believe that Romney was so great because he kept interrupting Obama and Mr. Leher? That look on his face was disgusting. Red face, licking his tongue over and over, that smirky look. I will say this, he can do a lot of talking, but it was awful to watch and listen to him

This debate won't change my vote.

Unless one admires bullies. Mitt did not have "passion" of any kind, and he changed his positions on things. And he was his usual smirky self.
