The loser of this debate: The Commission on Presidential Debates

The moderation and overall format here was chaotic. I generally like Jim Lehrer, but he allowed the speakers to just run over him -- causing an entire segment to have to be cut down to 3 minutes.

You should read up on the reasons behind the creation of The Comission on Presidential Debates and why the League of Women Voters stepped out of the picture.
