He is saying that there is no difference because he wants to make the choice an emotional one instead of an issue one. If there is no issue, Obama is more likable. It's the same thing that he did with Hillary.

when I miss the sweetspot on my irons. Not only it screws up my shot, it stings in my arthritic hands. At my age (Medicare eligible) it makes no difference who gets elected. Even if they cut my Medicare, I have options available.
