"Skin in the game"?

The Republicans are saying this week the 47% should have 'skin in the game' aka pay income taxes. At the same time, they adamantly refuse to say what loopholes they would close, vaguely insinuating they would close those benefiting the rich.

It is beginning to look like the 'loopholes' that they plan on closing are:

The earned income tax credit
The child tax credit
The mortgage deduction tax credit

...and perhaps deductions for student loans and healthcare costs.

Get rid of these deductions for the lower classes, and everyone who works would pay income taxes.

Any plan to get rid of these lower class loopholes would be political suicide if the public found out, and the GOP know it.

THAT is why they cant talk about it.
