Remember, the MSM will be invested in creating the perception that Obama lost the debate...

So, we have to be equally invested in fighting this perception online.

The MSM NEEDS this race to be a horse race. If they can't create the perception that the race could go either way they will lose viewers and ad revenue. They are going to trumpet any instance that could portray Romney in a positive light. Any "zinger" that he lands will be a game-changer, according to them. So, we have to do what we can to get ahead of the media's spin. That means we are going to have to go beyond preaching to the choir here at DU.

Here's what we need to do:

1. Any online poll about who won the debate needs to be DU'ed and DU'ed hard.

2. Any punches landed by Obama, or any flubs by Romney needs to be posted and posted often to social media site (Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, etc.)

3. Any Pro-Obama debate news, blog posts, tweets, etc., need to be spread as far and wide around the internet as they can be. Also, said news needs to be posted here so DUers have ammo to spread around the net.

4. Bombard the comment sections on MSM websites. Make sure to call out misleading or spun headlines. With enough pressure the titles of the stories will be changed. This is incredibly important, since most people only read headlines.

Any other ideas, feel free to post them.

Take a shot each time a post-debate commentator says Romney had a "home run" or "hit it out of the park," or speak of Mittens having scored a "game changer." But only try it at home -- you'll be over the legal limit within ten minutes.
