Asked who his "model of a justice" would be, most might consider the several generations of great constitutional minds who have served.

He struggled to think of someone and, like the mental lightweight that he is, just named the first one who came to mind (IMHO).

And then threw in Sotomayor!

SNORT!

Warren's expression at that point was priceless!

he kept naming off jurors until he got to Sotomayor. Then he refused to name a favorite.

Boy, did he kept running away from Republicans all night. How many times did he saw he was independent?
