it will not change the vote of a single Republican. They hate Obama so much they will vote against him no matter how badly the GOP treats vets. They will vote for R$R even if they say they would end vets programs.

I find it simply unbelievable that so many Americans are indifferent to vets needs. What is even more stunning is that some Americans are even hostile to vets benefits.
