New York Jets owner Woody Johnson said today he’d take a Mitt Romney victory on Election Day over a winning season for his “Gang Green” football team.

“Well I think you always have to put country first,” the Romney campaign finance co-chair told Bloomberg TV today. “So I think it’s very, very important that not only for us but particularly for our kids and grandkids that this election come off with Mitt Romney and Ryan as president and vice-president.”
