If there is even a small part of him (like maybe that one, single human cell in his hard drive) that really wants to win the presidency, it is merely to give himself and his 'Thurston Howell the III' friends even more advantageous tax breaks. He has made it clear that he doesn't give a shit about half the country.

And who gives a flying fuck what Queen 'let them eat cake' Ann wants? Fuck her and the dancing horse she rode in on!!!

I don't think Ann much wants it either. They both think he's entitled, but I think it is probably more about Mitt's father than his wife (that's where the Shakespeare analogy starts and ends).
